Founder of Frequency Wellness | Transformational Coach | Psychology Student
Ethan Backman is redefining what modern wellness feels like.
A transformational coach and psychology student with over seven years of experience, Ethan has guided hundreds of people across Australia and abroad through powerful, science-backed experiences that bridge psychology, human potential, and the art of transformation.
I help individuals and organisations uncover hidden blocks, elevate their potential, and expand what’s possible, through transformational coaching, immersive wellness, breathwork, workshops, live events, retreats, and corporate wellness experiences.
The Soul Sync Experience — fuses breathwork, sound, meditation, and movement into an unforgettable journey of nervous system regulation, emotional release, and higher self-connection.
Having trained and collaborated with world-renowned leaders such as Wim Hof and Dr Espen, Ethan brings a unique edge where science meets spirit, and performance meets peace. His mission is to help people go beyond momentary breakthroughs — to create lasting fulfillment, clarity, and power in every area of life.
“Growing up surrounded by loss, alcoholism, and emotional turbulence, I experienced firsthand the lasting impact that trauma can have on the mind and body. My journey through PTSD led me to years of dedicated healing through evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, neurofeedback, and trauma-focused psychotherapy. This process not only transformed my own life but ignited a deep passion to understand the human experience and help others do the same. It’s what inspired me to become a psychologist and support others in moving from survival to self-understanding, growth, and genuine inner peace.”
From overcoming early adversity to building a life of impact, Ethan embodies his message: no matter where you’ve come from, you can heal, evolve, and live fully alive.
Grounded, visionary, and deeply human — he leads from experience, not theory, helping others unlock the frequency of who they truly are.
